We had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed in Brugge for 2 nights in december. Our party stayed in 2 executive suites and they were faultless, very clean, spacious and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very helpful, our Grandson left a few toys in the bedroom on leaving, and when we returned to pick up our cases they were there waiting. cannot fault one thing.

La ciudad de Brujas fantastica y el hotel a la altura de la ciudad. Desayuno genial y el servicio del mismo muy bueno. Las habitaciones que dan a la parte de atrás muy tranquilas. Hotel recomendable.

The hotel was lovely but it is a shame the youth hostel was opposite. The executive room was a bit on the small side, but the public rooms were really nice.

Being upgraded from a standard to superior room was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Lots of nice touches, like tea-making facilities in the room. Excellent breakfast. Good advice from staff about places to eat / drink.

This hotel was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. The furniture and decor was amzing and there was a wonderful ambience about the whole place. Breakfasts were very good and plentiful and the location very convenient. The only dow was the bar across the street which could be very noisy and if there were any rooms available at the back of the hotel they would be better. Overall though FANTASTIC

Highly recommend the Hotel. The dining room was wonderful with excellent food and service. We will be recommending the hotel to anyone that is visiting Brugge, and Brugge what a beautiful place, we could live there. Our room was amazing, and a tiny complaint, the television too little to watch from bed!!! We had a lovely surprise went we went to pay, our breakfasts were included in the tarrif!! Excellent value for money. Thankyou all at the Hotel.

Very good hotel in an excellent location. If your taking a car, make sure you pre-book parking.

Great hotel, very close to the public squares in Bruges. My opinion is that you are better not being directly on the squares, too noisy. Hotel is very clean, lobby, breakfast area, etc. are very nicely kept up. It's across the street from a hostel/bar, but even though we had the room directly facing that we couldn't hear anything. Since it's air conditioned you can keep the windows closed. Highly recommended. And Bruges is a great town.

If you need parking you have to book - very cramped with room for 5 cars only. Excellent location.

This was an outstanding hotel with very high quality rooms and common areas. It was exceptionally well located a stone's throw from the Grand Place. The price was extremely reasonable considering the above.

An excellent hotel right in the heart of the city. Staff were very helpful and friendly Only drawback was that the room was on the front and there is a hostel opposite and sometimes it was quite noisy in the early hours of the morning. This is not a fault of the hotel of course and would not stop me from staying there again or recommending it to anyone staying in Bruges

I enjoyed my stay at the Oud Huis de Peelaert. The room was lovely, the location perfect and breakfast (included in the room rate) fresh and rich. I would certainly recommend it and I would stay there again, had I the opportunity to stop at Bruges some other time.

Excellent service in a relaxed environment, well worth it. Sauan/steam room is excellent - as is buffet style breakfast. Great location too.

The hotel was a beautiful refurbished old building .Location is excellent.I thought the double executive room would be a bit bigger. The room was a bit too hot but did hve a control panel where you could reduce the temperature. If I was to visit Brugge again I would stay at this hotel.

This was an excellent hotel. The furnishings, service and breakfast were all top rate. The location was in a lovely part of town, particularly important for me as a single female traveller.

We were a small family group (a married couple and her mother) staying in Bruges for the Christmas holiday. This hotel is a beautiful renovation of two adjacent old Bruges buildings, with additional rooms added at the back. The hotel staff did a marvelous job of meeting our every need, including the challenging task of booking dinner for Christmas eve and Christmas day on the 23rd of December. Breakfast is a well tended full buffet; if there were a single negative thought it would be that the only change we saw in five days of breakfast was that the fruit salad was upgraded for Christmas and Boxing Day. The coffee at breakfast was excellent. There is some street noise on the front side of the hotel; not much of a problem in winter when keeping the windows closed is no hardship! We had not reserved parking with the hotel, and found none available when we asked, but as it turned out, we were happier parking in the nearby (5 minute walk) city garage anyway because it is cheaper (9 euros/day vs. 15 at the hotel) and the walk is lovely. The ground floor bar area is very comfortable, with segregated smoking and non-smoking areas; the only disappointment there was that the wine is identical to what is available in the room minibars. The hotel may be missing an opportunity here. All in all though, it was a wonderful stay, and if I can find an excuse to visit Bruges again, I'll certainly try to stay again at the Oud Huis de Peelaert.

We stayed at the Oud Huis de Peelaert a week before christmas, and it was the perfect location to get us in the christmas spirit! The hotel is in a fantastic position, just 3 mins walk from the main square, but in a quiet street. The public parts of the hotel are wonderful - its made up of 2 old houses, so it really has a grand feeling to it. The rooms probably have a bit too much furniture in them, so feel a little cramped, but are still nice. The spa area (which seems very new) is down in the cellar, and doesnt seem to be used by anyone. We asked about it and were given a code to go down there - and its well worth it, especially on a cold day. Would definitely visit this hotel again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday in Bruges, partly because the accommodation was so good . . . conveniently situated, excellent breakfasts, luxurious rooms.

Hotel public areas were well done and extremely nice. Standard guest room was very tight -- desk unnecessary based on space, and wardrobe too big for room. Bathroom was excellent -- very important! While workout room was a bit sparse, still VERY appreciated; but could use a TV, and the ability to control temperature (too warm).

This Hotel is an old house converted approx. 2 years ago. The decor thru out is a high standard, everywhere was clean and bright. The continental breakfast was perfect ,offering a great choice of eggs, cheese, cereal, bread, bacon, and more. The location is great, just a short walk through to the main square at Markt. Bruges is beautiful any time of year and I can recomend Oud Huis de Peelearts executive rooms to everyone.

We loved this hotel. It was bright, light, wonderful decor, large rooms and great service. We enjoyed the morning FULL breakfast every day. I just can't say enough. The location was ideal. Just "down the street" from the main square. Easy to get to the train station. Everything was so great that we extended our stay from three nights to six!We decided to make this our "home base" and train to Antwerp etc and return to this gorgeous hotel at night. We very much enjoyed the large, peaceful, relaxing sauna/steamroom--used it every night and had it to ourselves. Mark it a 10 Plus star rating and GO!!!

Very pleased with this Hotel. Staff friendly and efficent. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Very central location. Ate a few times at the small bistro on the right on the corner at the end of the street directly behind the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Good simple food and a friendly atmosphere.

The hotel, receintly remodeled, is beautiful. The rooms are will appointed, beds are comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful (finished in granite and marble. Only problem was that we requested a non-smoking room and did not receive one. We asked for air freshener, which helped. As did opening the windows for a while. Breakfast was great and the breakfast room was beautifully decorated also. Location is great, being about five minutes easy walking to the center of town.

Our of 3 countries and hotels in each - this was my favorite. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. The rooms were well taken care of during my stay, and clean upon arrival. The hotel is beautiful and feels like part of the culture. I look forward to staying here upon my return. Even felt safe as a single female traveling alone.
